Co-Founder & Head of Sales & Revenue
Kristen turned something she truly loved into something that helps others, and that passion is what drives every relationship she builds. With a natural gift for connecting with people, she brings energy and warmth into every room she walks into.
Organised and clear-headed, but never without a laugh, she's confident, caring, and just a little goofy, in the best way.
When she's not working, you'll find Kristen out shopping, walking her rottweilers and German shepherds, or spending time with animals at local shelters. Somehow, even her downtime circles back to organising something.
Co-Founder & Head of Marketing & Content
Kay-Leigh is the creative force behind Orgit's voice and image, turning ideas into content and blank pages into something people want to engage with. She's just as organised as she is imaginative, bringing structure to the creative process without losing the spark.
Passionate, talkative, and driven, she thrives on building things from scratch.
Outside of Orgit, Kay-Leigh works as an executive PA and teaches Pilates, and when the day winds down, she's usually curled up on the couch with her Boston Terriers, Adam and Lulu.
Co-Founder & Head of Strategy & Finance
Rachel is the backbone of structure at Orgit, the one who turns big ideas into clear plans and clear plans into results. Disciplined and thorough by nature, she keeps the business organised, on track, and financially sound, always thinking several steps ahead.
She cares deeply about getting things right, not just for the business, but for the people in it. Driven and proactive, she's happiest when there's a list to work through and a system to refine, all in service of looking after the team.
Outside of Orgit, Rachel loves walking her dogs in the park, going for a run, and geeking out over human behaviour and the patterns people fall into. And yes, like the rest of the team, she's a firm believer that most things are better with tea.
